Setup fee is $15,000 and annual fee is $2,500. This setup fee includes custom design of your Project Book Plus as well as training your personnel to modify the system design. Additional systems within an organization have a setup fee of $2,000 and an annual fee of $1,000. |

A web based tool is provided to allow the organization to designate:
- what documents may be uploaded, to whom each document is available and where each document falls in the table of contents -- an unlimited number of documents
- documents may be PDF's, word processing, spreadsheets or any other file format
- who may use the system -- an unlimited number of users
- the topics and subtopics for the table of contents -- an unlimited number of topics and an unlimited number of subtopics per topic
- who may upload documents and who may change the system -- an unlimited number of uploaders
- projects available in the system -- an unlimited number of projects before they are archived

The system and access to the system are completely secure
- All uploading and downloading of documents use 128 bit SSL encryption
- Users login with a username and password maintained by them
